How To Order - ordering and payment methods

Please either order online by clicking here or ring us direct to place your order

Our drivers will be using SatNav to ensure that you receive a prompt delivery, it is therefore important that you include your postcode with the details to be completed below:

We will deliver via a chilled van to your door on the days specified for your area below

Monday: Wakefield / Ossett / Horbury / Lofthouse / Rothwell and South Leed area
Tuesday: Normanton / Castleford / Feathersone area
Wednesday: Crofton / Hemsworth / South Kirkby / South Elmsall / Ackworth areas
Thursday: Knottingley / Ferrybridge / Pontefract area
Friday: Darrington / Womersley / Kirk Smeaton / Wentbridge / Badsworth area

We can be flexible around these deliveries if required. Please note we can also deliver to hotels, pubs and restaurants.

If you require special arrangements for delivery e.g. drop off point then please let us know. If you become a regular customer, and we hope you will, then specific arrangements can be made direct with the delivery driver

Cancellations

All cancellations and changes to your order must be given 72 hours prior to delivery excluding Saturday and Sunday, as we cannot change the order after this time

Replacement

It is our top priority to ensure that the entire product supplied is of the highest standard. On the odd occasion an item that is not up to our usual standard may slip through. If this should happen please let us know immediately, and we will either replace it or credit your account, which ever you prefer

Refunds

If we have made a mistake with your order we will credit your account or send you the correct order

Complaints

If you have any complaints concerning any part of our service, then please contact us by email ar orders@dwsyorkshireboxes.co.uk. All complaints will be responded to within 7 working days

DWS Yorkshire Boxes can not be held liable for any failed deliveries due to incorrect addressing. This does not effect your statuary rights as a consumer. We will endeavor to resolve any complaints or issues you may have

Orders need to be forwarded to DWS Yorkshire Boxes a minimum of 72 hours before required, excluding Saturday and Sunday i.e. orders required for Monday need to be sent to us by Wednesday afternoon of the previous week

DWS Yorkshire Boxes regrets that at this time, we can not offer deliveries anywhere other than the stated areas above
