All About Cabbage
Cabbages are also members of the 'Brassica'
family. It is thought that in fact that whilst the growing

product to the British Isles sometime around the 4th century
BC
Raw cabbage is an excellent source of beta-carotone, sulphur,
Vitamin C and the trace mineral selenium, which is excellent
for fighting cancer, protecting against heart disease, improving
conditions of arthritis, slowing the ageing process, giving
beautiful skin and increasing potency |
